You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Indonesia to register. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawal.
Each individual may hold only one rene4d account. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or account sharing is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must complete the stated requirements before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

If multiple accounts are detected, rene4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any bets, wins, or bonuses associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify rene4d immediately via our customer support channels. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.
Before processing your first withdrawal, rene4d requires completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to upload the following documents:
KYC verification typically completes within 1-24 hours during business days. Failure to provide valid documents or the submission of fraudulent documents will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Transfers initiated outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays will be credited on the next business day. Once your deposit is confirmed by the bank, funds appear in your rene4d account balance immediately.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, and the account must be registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1-24 hours after approval, subject to successful KYC verification.
rene4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Withdrawals may be delayed if there are pending bonus wagering requirements, active investigations, or incomplete KYC documentation.
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. You may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Deposits from another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet will be rejected and returned (minus any processing fees). Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
rene4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. Players must read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also called rollover or turnover), expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount). This means you must place bets totaling the specified multiple before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money.
For example, if you receive a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 3.000.000 before you can withdraw the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typical contribution rates are:
Specific contribution percentages are disclosed in the terms of each bonus offer. Bets on low-risk games (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette) or matched opposite bets on sports do not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
rene4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting system errors or game malfunctions. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at the sole discretion of rene4d.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, FIFA). Bets are void if a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules. For live betting, bets placed after a decisive moment (e.g., a goal scored) but before the odds update may be voided.
Asian handicap (voor bola) and over/under markets follow industry-standard settlement rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire bet loses. Voided selections in a mix parlay reduce the overall odds but do not void the entire bet.
All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live streaming from licensed studios. Game outcomes are final and cannot be reversed except in cases of clear system malfunction. If a game malfunctions during play, all affected bets are voided and stake amounts refunded.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by the official draw results from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney markets. Bets are accepted until the published cutoff time before each draw. Late bets are automatically rejected. Results are final as published by the official lottery operator for each market.
If you experience a disconnection during an active game round, the round will complete automatically using your last valid action or bet. You can review the outcome in your account history once you reconnect. rene4d is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rene4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rene4d, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
rene4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, fail KYC verification, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts may have all pending withdrawals voided and balances forfeited.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC completion). Once closed, your account cannot be reopened except through a formal reactivation request, which rene4d may approve or deny at its discretion.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. rene4d may charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 for inactive accounts with positive balances. If the balance reaches zero due to administrative fees, the account may be automatically closed.
All content on the rene4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, and video, is the property of rene4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on rene4d without prior written permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rene4d is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a dispute or complaint, you must first contact rene4d customer support with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team.
Any unresolved disputes may be subject to binding arbitration or mediation as per the dispute resolution procedures applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in the courts of the jurisdiction where rene4d is licensed.
Any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of rene4d must be filed within 180 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are forever barred.
